Commercial vehicle contract hire and fleet management company, Prohire Limited has secured its first contract hire order from global transport and logistics operator Kuehne + Nagel for the supply of a new fleet of DAF XF480 tractor units. The vehicles will support Kuehne + Nagel’s Whitbread and Costa Coffee distribution contracts throughout the UK.
Now operating out of Kuehne + Nagel Manchester and Wellingborough Distribution Centres, the tractor units were specified with the driver very much in mind and include space cabs, full health and safety catwalks with working lights, FORS compliant camera systems, audible hand-brake warning systems and wheel nut indicators.
